I have attached the picture of my mother. Her skin on the back is like this. Is this some kind of infection? What is the required course of treatment?

Yes..it's Fungus infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation
