Sir There are lots of blackheads and black spots on my face specially area around the nose which looks so bad is there any treatment available for lightning my skin tone and remove those black spots. If apply any fairness cream then pimples problem start so please share any treatment name so that I can lighten my skin and my whole face looks in same color.

Please don't use fairness creams as they contians steroid and are very dangerous. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice
