Skin itchy, particularly neck

This is related to my skin problem, my neck gets itchy all the time and feel to scratch continuously, it feels better when I apply "MFSONE" but my question is, how many more years I need to use the cream. Please can anyone help me with better medication. Thx in advance

MFSONE is a steroid cream. Do not keep using it without medical supervision.
