Skin itchiness

I am having itchiness in my abdomen, shoulder, back and legs. This problem is since last few months. I avoided it for some time but since the issue persists and sometimes it breaks my sleep at night I want to get rid of this. After itching mark appears and skin seems normal later on. There is nothing that can be found from outside except when you itch it leaves marks for sometime.
