Hi, I have recently quitted smoking. It has already made some consequences on face skin like dull and ruf skin. How can I work for it to restore like previously.

Hello 1.Please use Nalpamaradi taila and ksheerabala taila for body and face massage once week. 2.Use Basan Honey milk for body wash instead of soap. 3.Apply Aloevera gel regularly after bath. 4.Avoid Spicy oily food 5. eat fruits ,sprouts, Salads, dry fruits and resins

Really i appreciate ur commitment, sure a bit new lifestyle will have its own route so to nullify its consequences apply coconut oil mixed with camper on palm,feet, naval n head before bed, if u could post ur pics of skin issues then can be get n shared to boost skin health, take care
