Since past few days I am Facing an issue around my neck like little bumps, Redness, Itchiness And also my facial skin is dealing with pimples, bumps , texture, Itchiness and also seems to be so full.From past one year I am facing hyper pigmentation at my mouth corner it's not at all going no matter what I do. Can you please help me with these problem?
