Hi, I’m facing issue related to my skin. I have small tiny pimples on my fingers which comes and goes often and they appear till wrist. The skin between fingers appears dry. I also same thing on elbows. The main thing , I got these small bumps all over my pennis and testicles . Also, on inner thighs. Please let me know what is this and how long it takes to get resolved
