  4. Skin irritation. With its treatment?

I get skin irritation like shown in the attached pic with rashes and itching particularly on legs. And it gets prominent with itching. I don't know if it is some food allergy or due to summer heat or some blood infection. Earlier I felt it happened only in summers while travelling or so.. But now the itching occurs in any season so I'm unable guess what could be the reason. Can you please help how to go ahead with its treatment?
