Hi doctor I am having this problem from last one year. I have removed them 3 times and everytime that place leaves scars and it starts appearing on the near by new places of my arms. Kindly suggest me the treatment and precautions to take for this I have attached the image also. Please have a look

Thanks for the query. This presentation can be seen with many skin diseases. The best option is to consult a Dermatologist in person to understand the problem and get it diagnosed.
