I have a skin infection in my ankle area for around 2-3 years. I have consulted some docters but didn't help.

It may be Eczema. Eczema has to be treated in the acute stage and later some precautions can help minimise the recurrences. Do not use soap over the affected areas. Please call me or contact me through online consult option with photos for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
