I am facing an issue with the skin on my upper part of the hand is having too many spots . Attached is the pic of the same.

You are having keratosis pilaris.. A hair follicle disorder common in adolescents... Usually it's harmless and treatment is sought for its appearance... There are creams and tablets which may help... Consult your dermatologist for confirmation of diagnosis and proper treatment
