Skin hanging from anus. Bit painful. Could someone help and let me know what it could be and how to cure it

Hello, do surgical treatment for permanent cure,drink plenty of water every day and take stool softener (Cremaffin plus 15 ml) with a cup of milk at bedtime. Hope that helps and wish you a good health
