Skin is very oily and some black spots also..getiig dull day by day.Also have blackness on neck and dr said its bcz of genes

Dear user, black spots on face may be because of multiple reasons, difficult to say without examining in person. Blackness of neck may be because of Acanthsis nigricans - any history of diabetes in parents, history of weight gain, etc. have to be evaluated.
