Skin burn turned into sensitive blister

2020-04-27 09:03:26
Hi, I had some skin burn while picking up a hot utensil which has developed into a blister now which is quite sensitive to any temperature changes or any sort of touch. It appears to be a minor burn however I'm not sure of the severity of it. Till now, I've put my index finger (affected region) in iced water and normal/room temperature water. Should I apply any ointment to avoid infection/improve recovery speed? If yes, which one? Any other precautions/measures I should take?
