I have a bump on my arm that has been getting bigger and have had it for probably 3 or so years now. It has become very noticeable at this point and sort of resembles a pimple at first glance. It is hard and raised above the skin, but it don't feel like there is something under the skin creaking the bump. Is this something to worry about?
