I have been taking Janumet 50/1000 from a long time for diabetes. I recently read about teneligliptin which is much cheaper than sitagliptin. Are both the salts same in effectiveness? Can I replace Janumet with Tenginow M 20/1000?
If cost is not a concern then better to stick to sitagliptin as it's better in terms of efficacy and has got good trials proving it's efficacy and safety as compared to teneligliptin
