Sister have gynae problem.

My sister 37 age have gynae issue, she having pain and bleeding. Reported to doctor and doctor says uterus problem and adviced kretina medicine to continue. do we require surgery to remove uterus? please see attached scan report.

Since the ultrasound is normal At the age of 37 even the thought of surgical removal of uterus may be associated with many difficulties in future
