I have problem that there is a spot of yellow colour near pupil and inside my eye there is a white spot which pains and irritates from inside.sir please help

the 1st one seems to be mebomeitis.and end one is a pigmentation. please put antibiotics eye drops 2hourly e.g. moxifloxacin and rub ocupol dx eye oint twice daily on lids.
