Hello.... Are the stools hard? Take lots of fibre like green leafy vegetables,  fruits in your diet.... Take sitz bath in warm water with Alum powder added to it every morning...... Drink lots of fluids..... Drink a cup of warm water or milk with a spoon of ghee added to it every night..... Sit on soft surface or also on the air tube  which is used for floating while swimming.....
