Sir my sister daughter suffering kidney

Doctor said she born without one kidney. But we are taken tifa scan on 5th month when she was pregnant. In the report all are normal. Now doctor saying that she was born without one kidney. Other kidney also infection with 30 percent damage. The baby was seven months old. Pls suggest
