Sir, i have just have accident just slipping on muddy road i have helmet i have dizziness or vertigo and i consult neurologist its cure at that time now i have neck pain and some vertigo how to cure it pliz help and i am worried

This could be a disc dislocation or herniation or protrusion in the neck after trauma to the spine. Get a MRI scan
