Which is more effective and less harmful in long-term for treatment of Sinusitis & allergic rhinitis If symptoms are manageable with either one, which is highly recommended : Metaspray or Nasomac AF or Montemac FX

I would suggest Azelastine with Fluticasone propionate It has both antihistamine and corticosteroids
