Sinusitis Problem

Dear Doctor, I have a sinusitis problem which occurs frequently due to which my left side upper teeth becomes painful and is sensitive. I do take antibiotics sometimes and it seems to be ok for few days. Later it returns. Kindly let me know what might be the reason behind it. Attached are the images of my nostrils. Do i need to undergo some sort of surgery. If so what will be the cost involved. Best Regards, Harsha BR, Harsha
