If there is recurring symptoms, it means you have Allergic Rhinosinusitis. You need to identify the seasons when your problems aggravate. Usually during Monsoons it increases for most people. During this period please take Flomist (FLUTICASONE FT)Nasal spray 2 puffs, twice a day for 15 days then gradually taper it by taking it once a day throughout the monsoon season and sos. Additionally if you don’t want to take medications try doing Jal Neti/ Nasal Douching with isotonic Saline water( isotonic means add only that much salt that the water doesn’t taste salty)
Next Steps
1.Flomist (FLUTICASONE FT)Nasal spray 2 puffs, twice a day for 15 days 2. Saline Nasal douching/Jal Neti
Health Tips
Avoid Sutra neti as it will damage your Sinonasal mucosa
