I got nervous at the time of ecg test. Attached it the egg report with conclusion sinus tachycardia otherwise normal ecg. Is it fine?

Yes ECG shows tachycardia probably due to anxiety. If you are asymptomatic, don't worry. Avoid anxiety and stress . Please share the full ECG picture.
