Hello sir/madam..... I have haemoglobin as 8 and since one month iam suffered from left side pain from head to toe.yesterday i was feeling strange and going to hospital ...ecg says sinus tachycardia....and heart rate 102bpm...as diagnostic information.....there is no doctorto check up....i kindly request what i was suffered from...if there is chance of heart attack...iam full of fear....please guide me
