I have had a sinusitis for 8 years, today due to bad weather and cold, I started sneezing and while sneezing mucus with a little blood came out, it's very new.

It looks you got acute on chronic sinusitis, You need to start steam inhalation followed by an nasal spray nasomac ox or fluticon ox or nezact ox all three with same content oxymetazoline with steroid which will reduce inflammation and decongest the passage too,
With that a week of Tab montair fx in night and antibiotic Tab claribid 500 mg twice a day for 5 days
Tab Zerodol SP twice a day for 5 days for anti inflammatory effect

This looks like an acute on chronic sinusitis. The bleeding may be due to mucosal inflammation and crusting due to dried up secretions.

Mucosal inflammation must have occured
Dont worry . Take enough water and dont blow your nose forcefully . Add some antihistaminic medication
