Having hearing problems is because of my sinus, or it can be different problem in itself? And should I buy air purifier for sinus?

Hi, I am Dr. Atul Kumar Nimawat MS ENT Hearing problems can sometimes be related to sinus issues, especially if there is Eustachian tube blockage causing ear pressure or fluid buildup. However, persistent or one-sided hearing loss may indicate an independent ear condition and should be evaluated nearby ENT specialist. An air purifier can help reduce allergens and irritants, which may ease sinus symptoms, but it is not a cure.
