Problem of sinus pain in left side of face. With dried mucus. No help from steam inhalation. Upper lip swelling, Headache Toothache , Watery eyes , facial pain.

This seems to be like a sinus infection. In case you are a diabetic or have recently recovered from covid I would suggest you visit a local ENT surgeon for an examination.
