You are having a deviated nasal septum where the center bone in your nose is deviated to one side. It can cause nasal obstruction, headaches, sinus infections, etc. Most of the normal population have certain degree of septum deviation which is asymptomatic. Treatment is advised only in patients with severe symptoms. Surgery is the treatment of choice. Since the surgery is done through the nostril, there is no scar not change in shape of the nose
