you must be suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection which includes infection of nose sinuses, throat .though it's self resolving most of the times you can take symptomatic treatment with antibiotics, antihistamines, decongestant tablets and pain killers for few days for early recovery. also take adequate rest and drink plenty of clean water
