Sinus problem,coughing does not go soon.
Sinus problem including headache ,coughing starts mostly at night n after getting up in the morning,severe at night. Mostly with cold we do get coughing (khasi ) but my khasi doesn't go soon everytime i get a cold.pls suggest.
It’s chronic sinusitis .Reasons for sinusitis are deviated nasal septum,turbinate hypertrophy,polyps,allergy,anatomical abnormal cells inside sinus like haller cells etc,Needs to be evaluated by CT scan and nasal endoscopy.Treatment consists of antibiotics and intranasal steroids . If there is no adequate response may need endoscopic sinus surgery.
