Diagnosed with deviated septum and suffering from repeted sinus infections since one year and post nasal drip and throat infections noticed swollen lymph nodes on left side of neck

Could be DNS with sinusitis of variable severity. Needs proper evaluation, & treatment with meds before deciding on the nature & timing of any surgery if needed on the nose & sinuses.
