Hii CT scan appears normal except a minimal mucosal thickening in Right maxillary sinus( which can be a feature of chronic sinusitis . Otherwise CT is normal . You doesnt require any treatment if there are no symptoms .
Next Steps

It is good that you have attached ct films.. But it is bad that you haven't mentioned any of your symptoms.. For any patient treatment depends on not just test reports, it will be decided basing on patient symptoms and report findings..
