Can I chew simcon tablet after food or swallow it , chemist said chew it but after chewing my mouth turn black am afraid plz suggest

Don’t chew it, swallow it with a small cup of water, after meals preferably at bedtime. SIMCON brand is not a chewable tablet.

Swallow on Empty stomach and if after meals take it as whole. Your mouth turned black requires more detail an evaluation
