Significant Post void renel urine
Sir I am not able to completely discharge urine.pressure is also low and voiding time also high.i tested for urinalysis but no uti.please suggest something.

Hello. I want a detailed history of your problem first
1. Duration of above symptoms
2. Any burning sensation while urinating
3. Any history of leakage of urine?
4 . Voiding frequency? Do you also get up at night
5. Any previous surgery/ urethral discharge?
6. Any history of spine trauma/ spine surgery
7. How are your bowel movements? Any constipation
You are having significant retention of urine
At your age the most common diagnosis is urethral stricture for which the definitive treatment is surgery
In the meantime you can start the following medications
1. Tab tamsulosin 0.4 mg hs to continue
But get the following tests done and also answer to above questions for better understanding of your disease
