Significance of Rubella IGG

My wife got tested rubella on Jan 2023 both igg and igm are negative ...she is now 5 months pregnant and in recent reports she has igm negative but igg is positive. Present report .>400 igg 2 weeks back report >350 igg Is this means she had infection in pregnancy ..Can someone guide this what my next steps.
