When i got my eyes checked 1 year back, reports showed that i had short sight and i should use spectacles. But i used them occasionally and when i got checked my eyes recently, it showed that my sight problem is decreased. Can it be possible without using medication or spectacles?

It's is generally not possible , better to recheck your eyesight in some other place and use spectacles continuously if needed .
