I'm 25 now. I have short sight and using spectacles. Is it necessary to get my eyes checked for every 6 months even if i don't feel any difference in my vision?

yes ofcourse, it is better to follow up to know your eye status every 6 months when you already have vision problem orelse once in a year would be fine.
