Should I continue to take azitrox 500 after observing side effects like stomachache dizzyness headache

Antibiotics once started ideally should not be discontinued unless it is causing an allergic reaction. I suggest you continue the medication as advised. The tablets may be taken with the meals to reduce GI disturbances. The capsule form should be taken an hour before or 2 hours after a meal.
