Respected doctors I have started talking homeopathy medicine for perianal abscess and fistula...i took medicine in the morning..after taking medicine i started getting cramps in my lower abdomen and slight pain in testicles..after taking my third dose medicine in night i have started getting severe pain in my testicles cramps in lower abdomen as well as burning sensation in urine...when i lie down pain subsides but if i walk or ride my bike pain reoccurs...is it due to side effects of medicine..is it serious...
