Hello Sir, Stomach pain is a common side effect of iron supplements like the one you are taking. This happens because iron can irritate the stomach lining. To reduce the discomfort, try taking it after meals instead of on an empty stomach, drink enough water, and avoid very spicy or oily food. Since your ferritin has already improved, it shows your body is responding well. If pain continues despite these measures, then you should discuss with a doctor about adjusting the dose or using an alternative option. I hope it helps you. For proper management and treatment, you can consult me, just go to my profile.
