Supraspinatous tendon showing full thickness complete tear in distal part with retraction of torn tendon over humeral head (tendenous gap measures 1.3cm ) Subscapularis tendon showing partial tear in distal part Biceps tendon is dislocated medially from the bicipital groove

Hi, as per your report u need repair of torn supraspinatus tendon.. may also need to repair subscapularis. Biceps dislocation indicates subscapularis is also injured. Need detailed clinical examination.. I can help u out in this.. Regards
