Hello, I understand your feeling and hope you're nothin too much of.pain and I also hope it is not bothering you too much. But by looking at the Mri reports it looks like it's bothering you. It says that there is tear of the muscles and there is sweeping of the joint. And it need immediate intervention by orthopedic specialist because if your do not act fast there might be chance of fibrosis of your joint and it leads to immobility of your arm. Thank you
