Shoulder pain during pregnancy

I have been having pain in my left shoulder all day yesterday and today. It only really hurts when i press down on it or massage it. I have also been having some pain in my stomach not sure if thats from the stretching being done because of the baby growing. I have also been having some back pain very minimal. Im 22 weeks pregnant is this normal ?
