Its been 2 years my shoulder pains and jerk a lot when i move my left shoulder upside down its is like something is colliding with eachother same thing with the right .mri says supraspinatus tendinosis and minimal subacromial subdeltoid bursitis in left and supraspinatus tendinosis for right.what can be done
