Both side shoulders having shooting pain starting from the joint till fingers. Backsides of the shoulders having pain too. Pls suggest some medicine.

Hi, Take Tab Diclofenac 50 mg twice a day Tab Pantotab DSR one empty stomach before breakfast Tab Pregabalin 75 mg once at night time. Take these for 5 days and get Physiotherapy If not relieved, visit an Orthopaedician for proper clinical examination and further treatment Take care
