Shoulder Jerked whworkout

Hi.. My shoulder jerked while working out. Was experiencing pain so stopped. Pain still continues.. movement is not 100%. The moment i extend my hand up or backwards the pain starts in a jerky way.. pain is around the labral region of the shoulder joint.

Just check if you can raise the arm by your side all the way upto your ear. Also check if you can bring your arm down in a controlled manner.
Next Steps
get a shoulder AP and axillary view done . if possible wear a shoulder immobiliser if your shoulder is very painful. after seeing an orthopedic surgeon, you might need an MRI
