Can shoulder internal pain like cramp and the pain will arise in sudden movement of shoulder and internal shoulder muscle and I am also move my hand but pain occurs and I m also find this type of pain in my scapula also and the pain measures high in early morning in my rib cage and also shoulder related any heart or lung deases and the pain occurs in left side and I m suffering from the pain last one month.
