I am a sportsperson, during a cricket match i dived to take a catch and landed on my soulder, later on same day i bowled with high speed arm swing, next day there was high shoulder pain and nearly nill movement in soulder. Its been almost a month and i am still in pain. Regularly massaging my soulder with pain relief cream but there is still some pain left. Please help.

I understand that you have shoulder pain after sports injury. Your history suggests that you may have injured either muscles/tendons or bone in your shoulder.
Next Steps
Consult an Orthopaedic surgeon. He may suggest Xrays and prescribe medications. Since one month has passed, it would also be a good idea to get an MRI of the shoulder.
